Rosey you are a seriously good photographer! The picture with the crashed out rider is intense. Seriously captures the drama. On a lighter note I love the ones of Jeff and Stephen! Those boys love to ride dirt roads! And any time you see a bunch of embro and dunkin donuts coffee life is good! I must make this ride next year but probably 100k is my limit...
Hahaha...Matt Green with the bagels!!!
velocb: thanks, taking pictures during rides is definitely one of the more enjoyable benefits of cycling for me (as we discussed, some more competitive and serious folks don't get that part).the 100k is no joke either. i may try to rally my father to join the 100k and would do it if that is the case.nathaniel: he was quite protective of those bagels early on. after a few dirt descents he was down to only 3 or 4 though. i wonder if he ended up eating more than he lost.
Sweet, I was hoping one of you guys got a picture of me playing dead.It was fun until that point, though!
yeah, i would agree, it was fun until then. you didn't miss much on the second half. more dirt roads, more climbing. we were all talking about how amazed we were that you hopped up pretty quickly and said, "I think I am fine...oh wait, I just felt something crunch (as you bent to pick up your bike)"Speedy recovery!
